This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all reservations made directly with Revaya Hotels & Resorts LLP (“Revaya”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website, phone, email, or direct booking channels.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in Time: 1:00 PM (1300 Hrs)
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (1100 Hrs)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges at the discretion of the property.
Room Confirmation
All room bookings are subject to availability.
A reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment as specified under the Payment Terms section below.
Revaya reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.
Billing Policy
For business travelers (B2B guests):
- GST details must be provided at the time of check-in.
- GST invoices will be issued only if complete and valid GST information is shared before billing.
Important:
Bills cannot be modified after check-out.
If GST details are not provided at check-in, the invoice will be treated as B2C (consumer billing), and no changes will be entertained later.
Payment Terms
For One-Night Reservations:
Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
For Two-Night Reservations or More:
50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
Revaya reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment terms are not fulfilled.
Guest Identification
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Accepted IDs include:
- Aadhaar Card
- Driving License
- Voter ID
- Passport
Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of accommodation.
Swimming Pool Usage Policy
Use of the swimming pool is subject to property rules.
Lycra or nylon swimming costumes are mandatory for pool access. Guests not complying with this requirement may be denied entry to the pool area.
Rate Policy
Room rates are dynamic and may vary based on demand and occupancy levels.
All rate quotations are valid for 12 hours only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Revaya reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date:
- Guests will receive a full refund of the advance payment, minus a 3% cancellation charge for payments made via credit card, debit card, or online payment gateway.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date:
- The entire advance payment will be forfeited.
Payment Method and Refund Processing
No cancellation charges will be applied to advance payments made through:
- Google Pay
- Direct bank transfer
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
To process refunds for bank transfers, guests must submit:
- Cancelled cheque, or
- Bank statement, or
- Bank passbook copy
The refund will be credited directly to the beneficiary’s bank account.
Revaya shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or incorrect bank details provided by the guest.
Service Charges
Service charges, if applicable, will be levied only with the guest’s prior consent.
Policy Modifications
Revaya Hotels & Resorts LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
